Keith Krueger serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Legacy Capital, bringing several decades of leadership and expertise in financial services to the firm. His experience spans sales and trading management, risk oversight, deal advisory, business development, and organizational growth, making him a key contributor to Legacy’s continued success.
Keith began his career at Merrill Lynch as a Private Client Advisor before quickly transitioning to serve Institutional accounts. His leadership experience expanded at Prudential Securities in New York and later at Stephens Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he served as Executive Vice President overseeing Sales, Trading, Institutional Sales, Private Wealth Management, and Fixed Income. After his time at Stephens, Keith founded his own Registered Investment Advisor firm and later launched a consulting practice supporting RIAs with outsourced COO/CFO services, strategic acquisitions, software management, and organic business growth.
Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami and holds several financial industry licenses, including Series 7, 9, 10, 79, 65, and 63.
Outside the office, Keith and his wife, Maria, enjoy traveling, fly fishing, exploring food and wine, and spending time with their Lab, Rogan.
